you’s where a complete joke tbh i gave you the correct address in an email to
which you got wrong and sent it to the wrong address and didn’t take the time to call me and let me know i had to call you guys 5days after my package was supposed to arrive to which you stated human error that isn’t human error that is stupidity

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with your experience, but we’d like to clarify that we did reach out directly via email on 08/08/2025 in response to your initial complaint.

In that email, we explained that the tracking for your original order was not updated promptly by the courier, which led to some confusion and an incorrect update from our customer service team. We also confirmed that your kit, shipped on 01/08/2025, was sent to the updated address you provided and was successfully signed for on 06/08/2025.

As a gesture of goodwill for the delay, we offered a refund of £9.95 for the Next Working Day Courier service. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to that message.
