I ordered hoodie from my favorite F1 team. Delivery was very smooth, but after I received the hoodie, I decided to give it a quick and light wash. When it came out of our washing machine, the text had started to come off. Contacted customer service and was helped very fast. After about 10 minutes, my reshipment order was confirmed. Now I'm awaiting my new hoodie. Service was smooth and simply lovely!
