I did not buy this product, I came on here to help those of you who have been scammed. What you need to do is open a "dispute of charges" with your bank. I went through something similar with a Sharper Image product. I tried to cancel the order I placed because I found a cheaper version the same day I placed the order with their customer service. They said they had already processed and shipped it in the few hours it had been since I called. They did that whole "restocking fee" and you will get a "small amount of what you paid back". I hung up the phone and called my bank and disputed the charges. I explained my side of things and that I had tried to cancel the order and asked to be refunded. They immediately put a hold on the money and started to investigate. A couple of days later my bank refunded my full amount and went after Sharper Image themselves. Even if you have received your product and asked for a refund, the businesses need to honor that request and give a full refund. Contact your bank and dispute the charges and let your bank go after them...they won't like it and you will get your money back!
