I am riding a train from Budapest to Bucharest (INT79). This is an international route. There isn't any AC and the inside temperature is 40 degrees. It is harmful to all passengers. Most are foreigners. It is such an embarrassing level of service. Servicing the AC will not cost a lot but I guess you are too lazy to try and fix it.
