Do not recommend
My first roll-up bag got unfortunately stolen a week ago, and contained some emotional belongings, I then ordered a new backpack expecting it within 2-3 working days as advertised on the website, but at this day nothing has been received and no update was given, this has been such a terrible experience and waste of time all the way.
Also my stolen bag had terrible signs of wear on the straps after only 2 years for a very light use 5/7 days (work)
I am afraid the high cost for those items does not include adequate service and assistance nor quality of product.
Requested refund for this awful experience.
