My husband and I went to the Loganholme Footlocker store and got ZERO customer service. Store was empty except for 2 staff members. We were looking to buy 2 pairs of Ladies Puma Speedcats for myself and a pair of ASICS for my husband. A female staff member was more worried about playing on her phone than to assist us. NO-ONE approached us. As we got no assistance we decided to leave and on leaving I made comment about no customer service and the girl who was still playing on her phone, laughed but never looked up. We went to JD Sports where our experience was totally the opposite. We spent almost $700. JD Sports will now get all our service and FOOTLOCKER will get ZERO!
