After realizing I was spending too much time playing and losing to much money, I calculated them to self-exclude. After closing my account they then told me that my pending withdrawal had been cancelled as it was more than the limit allowed as the winnings had come from a bonus. I can no longer login to do the withdrawal within the correct limit. I asked them to resubmit the withdrawal for this limit and then was ignored..I've sent 3 follow up emails with no response..I cant use the love chat because they've closed my account
