Recently had a business trip. Upon arrival and collecting my check in closet at baggage claim it appeared the airline dropped it from 30,000 feet before landing. The contents remained intact, but the outside was severely damaged. I called Solgaard to see what my options were, and they covered it under warranty. I also have a carry on closet and will never own another brand of luggage other than Solgaard!! Thank you for an outstanding product!!
