Damaged goods

I ordered a mirror over £100 , which arrived cracked and in awful cosmetic condition. I sent photos a week ago, asking for a replacement or alternatively a refund, and I am not getting anywhere with getting a response on when this will be sorted.

I am very sorry Charlotte you have given us a 1 star review. I am also sorry your mirror arrived damaged. I know the issue has been fully resolved for you. There was a delay in getting a new one sent out to you, due to a refit being undertaken at our warehouse, for which we apologise. I do hope that despite the delay and inconvenience, we can welcome you back as a customer very soon - thank you
