Update: Refund Received After Long Delay
I placed an order for earrings with Agapée over one year ago, and to this day, I have not received my item.
After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the delay but refused to provide a proper refund. Instead, they only offered a replacement or store credit. After waiting for more than a year, this is simply unacceptable.
I requested a full refund to my original payment method, but they claim their system can’t process it anymore. This is not my fault, and the responsibility shouldn’t fall on me.
I am extremely disappointed in how this has been handled and will escalate the matter through consumer protection channels if necessary. I share this to inform other customers.
Update (2025): After further follow-up, Agapée agreed to make an exception and processed a full refund via PayPal. I have now received the refund in full.
While I remain disappointed about how long this process took, I do appreciate that the company eventually resolved the matter. For transparency: my experience was frustrating, but in the end, they did issue a complete refund.
