This is a comment on Delanclip's customer service rather than the actual product, as unfortunately there was a faulty lead which prevented it from working. However, I emailed technical support, and Tomasz (the company founder) emailed back within a couple of hours. He talked me through a couple of tings to try, but when it became clear the product would need to be returned for inspection, he arranged this immediately. Having checked the returned product and found it faulty, a new one is already on its way out to me. Outstanding communication throughout, and a quick turnaround both on the initial order, and on a return and replacement. This definitely inspires confidence, and I look forward to using the replacement Delanclip when it arrives!
