A very professional company.
From the time that Kevin arrived to help me choose carpets, measure up give me a quote, I knew that I'd chosen the right company. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, he explained everything in simple terms and took his time to make sure I was happy with my choice before placing the order. There was absolutely no pressure to buy from this company. The after sales service was excellent, Kevin phoned to make sure I was still happy to go ahead with using Lazy Carpets. The fitter arrived when he was supposed to, fitted the carpets beautifully and he tidied up really well when he was finished. I even for a call asking if I was happy with everything. I will definitely be using this company again.
