Lifesmart customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. They would not send someone out to repair our hot tub, finally after sever calls and a couple of weeks they finally did. The repair company said it could be two things and fixed one of them, the hot tub still didn't work correctly. So call the manufacturer again and they said would not send anyone out to repair it. They basically told me to return if we weren't happy with it, a couple days later it started to leak so we returned it. Don't recommend anyone to buy a lifesmart hot tub! 😡

I do apologize for your experience, but I do not think this was our company at all. Your name is not in our system at all, nor do we have any communication with anyone by your last name.
We are spa specialists, though, so if we can help, we are glad to try. We work with a lot of spa manufacturers, and the manufacturer of Lifesmart tubs is the best for customer service and standing behind their product of all of them.
