Fantastic company. The call centre is first class. Always responsive and thankfully based in the UK, so there’s no issue with call quality or language barriers. The call handlers are compassionate and professional. The website for the insurance hub is easy to navigate and to track claims and payouts are prompt and without fuss. The premiums are highly competitive and I’ve been very happy with PDSAs service, after changing from Pet Plan - whose premiums went sky high.
