What began as a good experience in getting my new car has since left a sour taste.
The car was initially 2 weeks delayed, this has left me by a small amount out of pocket with insurance as I had already sorted coverage and only found out the day before the vehicle could not be delivered.
2 weeks later the car is delivered and the contract begins.
However this now causes an issue at the end of the lease as it will end 2 weeks after my insurance does leaving the car uninsured. The option from the dealership was to hand the car back two weeks early, however I will still be charged for those two weeks by the leasing company which is completely unfair. The options I give to the dealership keep being met with no.
I was told at the initial delay anything would be sorted and we are now approx 3 months later and I’ve yet to receive even the tiny refund of the insurance I paid for the first 2 weeks I didn’t receive the vehicle.
So what began as a good experience is now becoming very annoying and will impact my decision in using this company again.
