Hi Karen

Let’s clear this up:

The vacuum was tested on video and works perfectly, picking up dust and debris as intended. We are happy to share this video with any customer who has doubts about our products, off the back of this false review.

Your “evidence” was it not picking up dried paint. It should be fairly obvious that a domestic vacuum will not be suitable for cleaning dried paint. You should use an industrial cleaner. If you truly believe this is a “scam,” you’re welcome to approach your bank. We’ll be more than happy to provide them with the emails you sent us, including where you wrote “the vacuum isn’t picking up the dried paint from your dog jumping up to open the door” alongside our test video showing that being the only issue.

You returned it filthy, with damaged packaging covered in eBay tape, missing manuals.

You received £138 back - The full amount minus the cost of putting your used, dirty vacuum back into resaleable condition (£29 professional cleaning and sterilisation + £6.80 return postage).

Calling us scammers doesn’t change the facts. The truth is simple: you returned a working vacuum in poor condition and didn’t get a free ride. The decision is final.

Regards
