Low cost shop with expensive items
I have to pay for a return shipping around 10€ for a lamp that costs almost 340€. I have to print out all return documents by myself, I have to fill them in. In the end I have less money, I have lost time and I have no lamp.

It is correct that you have to pay the shipment if you are returning an item.
It its clearly stated in our terms that you have accepted.
