I paid extra for them to check for screen yellowing and no photos were shown of the conditions of the IPS panels. So naturally it came with screen yellowing. a big bummer for me but I guess that’s how it goes. Other than that great packaging.

We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our contents check service. I will provide feedback to our warehouse regarding this and see what can be done to improve on this in future.
As a general rule we not perform device operational checks, but if there was battery in the device we will usually perform photos of it switched on if you ask for them.
Going forwards we will see what we can do to make this service more consistent.
