Delayed and Missing Parts

First, I will say that customer service has been responsive. I placed my order in April and the expected delivery date was postponed multiple times before I received my order at the end of July. The package is missing three light shades. I reached out to customer service regarding the missing shades and am waiting on a response as to how it will be resolved.
