Ed has been so helpful he’s been an absolute breath of fresh air as we have used other insurance companies previously all of which we’ve found to be quite rude, impatient & left hanging either on calls or indeed having to chase time & time again.
None of this has been the case with Ed Aldous, he’s been amazing. He’s been polite, helpful & able to answer any questions or queries I had. He also offered to call me back once I’d had time to consider my options this he did at the exact time & day he promised to. He also sent me his email so that I could email him with any further thoughts. He really is an asset to RCIB. Thank you Julia Lovell
