Service gone downhill

Last couple of delivery drivers in our area where great. Left deliveries in safe with care always delivered on time. However for the last couple of months the service has been diabolical, emails to say deliveries have been made when they actually haven't usually turn up the next day However week they haven't even done that. I now dread when I make order and it say evri are going to deliver it. I have a working security camera above my door so I know that the deliveries haven't been made when I've been out. Looking at the community Facebook pages it not just me as it's become a regular thing people asking the community if their deliveries has been. Delivered to the wrong address. It's clear they are saying delivered to look good to the companies that are using them then just delivering when they feel it. I've been waiting 2 day for a parcel that has said to have been delivered. I was given a phone number to find ring if the delivery hasnt been made but it just puts you though to an automated service that tells you it's on it's way.
