I would put 0 Star if I could.

I was sending an international package for my business. Firstly, they don't provide any tracking link for the package. I have been calling customer service for 13 days and getting the same answer each time "we will update you within 1-2 days". When I mentioned that it's been many days since I am calling, they would just say SORRY I DON'T HAVE ANY ANSWER AT THE MOMENT. I have lost my reputation, peace of mind and customer's bad review on my business is cherry on top. As a seller I would never recommend this company.
