Nightmare customer service
A nightmare that never ends.
Trying to move house in the city but they are struggling to move the Wi-Fi over. Called so many times and we constantly hear different things. I believe they are trying to buy some time because they messed something up. Would appreciate transparency.
Their app is also useless. The 2FA never works because the emails disappear (I'm actually in disbelief about this).
Also, the chatbox is horrible and is only capable of sending you links. There is literally no way to chat to a person. Stuck in a horrible loop in this so called 'chat with us now', might as well call it a search button.
Would never willingly use this company but unfortunately, we don't have a choice.
EDIT: We lodged a complaint with screenshots and management called us. Rectified the issue and our wifi will be turned on tomorrow in the new house.
It still didn't work on time, but at minimum, our address updated on the app, lets see what happens next. If you want to chat to them rather than call, message on Twitter.
I feel bad for their customer service team. They don't know anything and don't have access to much information, yet, they get the brunt of angry customers. This is a serious, larger level issue, report to ComReg and Ombudsman. Monopoly company.
