Missing Item still outstanding
Upon delivery, one item of the order was shown on the packing slip but was not in the box. The on-line chat for the problem took almost one hour due to their delayed answers. The chat concluded with them checking if the item was misplaced during packing. Its been one week and no answer from them about the missing item. As a business account, I don't have time for this type of service, which should be easy to resolve.
