I have used Letio as a private Landlord and had a very smooth experience! In a London market where there are a lot of agencies that over charge Letio is like a breath of fresh air who offers a service which is proffesional but also fairly priced. For me it was key that they offer different pricing structures of their services so you can choose the level of their involvement based on your budget. Can recommend!
