From great service to never using again

I had great experience in the past, however my last 2 orders have been abismal.

I placed order and upon upload of art realized I purchased wrong product. 3min after I placed order I requested to cancel. Then next morning told that I'm to late and order is in production. I never received a proof to approve this time and now they refuse to refund me. At the same time time they keep rejecting my other order for no reason.

Extreme disapointed in their approach. By the way their cancellation policy on their own website stipulation a 30min cancellation period.
