First, we love the lamp. I thought it was for me. My 2 year old thinks it’s for her. So I let her use the remote control… and it disappeared to who knows where. After searching for 3 weeks, I finally contacted the company to ask for a replacement. They shipped a new remote control immediately, free of charge, and now I want to buy little lamps for every room of the house! It’s packed with way more capabilities than I expected and is so relaxing. 10/10 would buy again.
