Poor quality product - shocking customer service.
I bought a Native Union case for my iPhone 4 months ago. With light daily use (either on my desk or in my pocket) it is already beginning to come apart. At this premium price I’d expect it to last longer than 4 months. I have contacted Native Union via their website but after two weeks they still haven’t even responded. I’m disappointed with the quality of their products but I’m absolutely shocked at the non-existent customer service. You can judge a company by how it deals with issues like this - just ignoring me is absolutely shocking. One star from me.
EDIT - I have just filed another warranty claim with Native Union. Let's see if they respond this time.
2nd Edit - I have now attempted to contact Native Union twice via their warranty claims system, they have so far failed to respond. Again I have to underline how non-existent their customer service is. I would not recommend buying from them.
3rd Edit - Still no response. I have emailed them directly now as well as tried their online warranty claims system (twice).
4th edit - I finally managed to get in touch with Native union, it took me several attempts but they are now sending me a replacement case so all’s well that ends well.
