SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT - NOT A RIGHT BUNCH OF PEOPLE

Based on the first movement experience from St. Louis, MO to Cary, NC, I went with these guys for my another movement from Cary, NC to Coppell, TX. Unfortunately, this one turned out to be a big Rod in my Ass. They not only taken out the money, but also provided False Estimate. During the Pickup, the driver came up with a new estimate which I never CONSENTED and no communication related to that and misled me to sign over the phone where the Insurance was not fully covered but only .60$ per LB FORCEFULLY, otherwise the pickup will not happen. Lot of Drama and I had to sign finally.

Result: They did not do the movement, this was done by someone else, ended up paying 50% more than the actual estimate. I had to WAIT for 20 days with no communication at all, losing most of the Items from the Items list. Now, in the process of claim. Not sure, I would receive my money/items or not. The lady's name is Erica with whom I had the conversation with. She is not lifting the call, nor responding to my calls. Went absconded.

I REQUEST EVERYONE, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS.

Hi Wahid,

Thank you for your review, however we do need to note a few key points.

1) The .60 per pound, per article is the standard valuation included with every move in the United States, per the Department of Transportation. Your prior move also had the same coverage. You were also sent a Bill of Lading on 6/9/25, 20 days prior to your move, noting the standard valuation.

2) Based on the review on the inventory provided to us vs. the inventory created by the mover on site, you had additional items, and many items were sized incorrectly, leading to the increase concern.

We do apologize for your experience, and strive to provide the very best service to the 1000s of customers we move every year.
