Major disappointment, avoid at all costs.
An order placed early July that was supposedly out for delivery on July 18 now only shows the status 'returned shipment has been received by processing center'. Repeated attempts to contact customer support have not been answered. There's no phone number or live chat support. This package was a gift ordered well in advance that is now overdue. Honestly not even sure this is a real company.
