CasinoStars Deactivated My Account Without Paying Full Balance
I requested account closure and a full payout after verifying my identity (KYC) and initiating self-exclusion. CasinoStars only processed $2,638.47 of my $15,138.47 balance before deactivating my account without explanation. I used a Kuwaiti address and IP, and although Kuwait is a restricted country, they allowed me to register, deposit, Verify KYC and play. Support has gone silent despite regulator involvement and documented proof. Still waiting for the remaining $12,500 which they promised by their clause 7.2 to be paid .
They are hiding and once you win they will close the account , i really advice you not to open any account with them .
I have all of the evidences ( mails from them , live chat proof , snapshots of the verification and account balance with history )
Till date no response and no payout , even though they are breaking the internal clause 7.2 for the account closure .
I am asking for a compensation to close this matter .
