Problematic site: finally paid my withdrawal

So i register with ybets.net, make deposit receive bonus play slots and win. When i make a withdrawal, it shows being processed then after 4 days gets cancelled. I go to chat, they say nothing. Then i get an email saying I need to do KYC; which is ID and selfie. I do that and follow up many times with chat and emails, then after 10 days or so, i get another email saying i need to provide utility bill and copy of transaction of crypto deposit. I do that, same circle again, chat and emails and after 10 days i receive an email saying im verified. I go to withdrawal, make withdrawal, after 4 days of being processed it gets cancelled. reason: provider is checking the bets and it can take 14 days or more. i go to chat they know nothing saying it is provider who is doing this and not they and how can i contact provider? there is no way. I am sure there is no such thing as provider doing verification and all this is to make the customer play and lose and they gain time and use my money to pay others and so on. So basically 5 weeks are gone and we are playing back and forth games to have KYC done and now it is up to a THIRD party whom we dont know and I have to wait indefinitely and can get no updates as to whats going on.

PS: My withdrawal was finally paid on August 1st after roughly 3 weeks of being initiated. I believe to regain customer trust and have higher ratings this casino has a lot to do
