High quality heat pump install.
We have had our heatpump for 6 months and it has got us through 1 winter. The system worked much better than our old gas boiler and saved us money at the same time. The system gets better than the promised design COP (efficiency) and is easy to use.
The install process was painless, all of the govt grant details were sorted for us. The survey was very smooth and they listened to us about component placement, the locations we wanted weren't the easiest but they were the only installer willing to put equipment where we wanted it to minimise space use. We had every radiator replaced and the quality of the install was great all additional pipework and cabling was hidden in the floor void so the install looks like it was original to the house not a retrofit. Some of the radiator sizings were increased at no cost just so we didn't need to re-wallpaper rooms (radiators matched dimensions of original radiators), we didn't need to redecorate anything once the install was complete. Installers cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and left the house clean and safe after every day of work.
Installer came back a couple times to tweak the install and replace a faulty pump, this was done quickly and without bother or cost.
Pricing was competitive with other quotes and the quality of the survey process was better than other installers and the overall system design was superior and didn't cut any corners. We had a project manager as point of contact for the install process and the staff used were skilled and polite causing minimal disruption.
