Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. I bought 3 clothing items from the 4th of July sale. They never sent me out any tracking number or any communications for 2 weeks. Then I had to call them to ask them for the status ofd the order. They told me that 2/3 items were sold out. I expected a cancellation of them since it's their "final sale" but they just went ahead and sent 1 item without even notifying me. Also, I had to call in them to "cancel" my "sold out" item to even retrieve a refund?

Also, while I was on the phone I was asking for a return label, yet they told me you can do it online? What? I am talking to you on the phone and you know my situation. Why would I need to go backwards another 10 steps? LOL
