The colleague I spoke with - Auberon - could not have been more unhelpful. I sent my name four times, and each time they would send a response like "We need your full account name for verification" without even telling me that the name I had given them wasn't working.
At one point, I asked if there was even a sentient human on the other end of the chat.
After sending my name maybe six times I sent a sarcastic comment like "finally, well done" and they cut the call.
Now I shouldn't have been sarcastic but this person was obtuse and trying to get under my skin or that is just how they are trained.
