I have made several purchase from OB in the past 2 years. The products are made of amazing fabrics and I just love them. I most appreciate the bras/bralettes with the L+ option - fit my ample bosom perfectly!!! On my last purchase the band was tighter than usual. I reached out and got a response within 2 days explaining there had been a change of manufacturer, and the old stock was sized a little differently. I was offered a replacement, but I opted to order more things whilst on sale. The team made good on their promise to refund the shipping charges as a gesture of goodwill. Definitely not my last time shopping at OB (if they add more jewel tones!!)
