Ever tried making a complaint ? You can't, just leave feedback !!!!!!
I've spent £thousands on this site over years building my tree, but my issues are NEVER resolved satisfactory, as constant 'improvements' makes it very user UNFRIENDLY. Try this, or try that, round and round we go without a resolution. Was told my current issue would be sorted today after following instructions from an agent on chat. Guess what !!!!!!!! No.
