EXTREMELY TERRIBLE!!! I sent my parcel with DHL, and the online tracking hasn't updated in over 30 days. I requested an investigation into the delay and only received a reply saying that a refund would be provided, with no explanation of what happened to my parcel. I can't even speak to anyone—no live online chat, nothing. Completely rubbish.
