I had a charge of $19.99 for an offerUp subscription out of the blue charged to my CC. I tried to find a way to get it back but they have no contact information. I cancelled the subscription right away but I still want my money back. I cancelled the card right away to ensure it dosent happen again. I sold tons of stuff on the free application with no problems for many years. But now this scam made me quit the app and cancel. What a scam!!!

Please know we never charge users without their permission, which is granted via the App Store or Google Play. In many cases, a free trial may convert to a paid subscription if it isn’t canceled before the trial period ends. In other cases, charges might appear if someone else using the same app store account starts a trial that later renews. I won’t know for sure what happened in your case until I can take a closer look, but I want to make sure we get this sorted out properly.
