Shiprocket Review: Disappointing Experience

As a seller, I decided to give Shiprocket a try, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Here's a breakdown of my issues:

First Order Cancellation: My first order was cancelled, and the reason given was that the seller was unavailable and the contact number was not reachable. The problem is, I never received any calls from the courier, so I don't even know what went wrong. It was a confusing situation, and I had no clear explanation as to why the delivery failed.

Second Order Issues: For my second order, I was hopeful that the service would work as expected. However, although the system showed that the order was picked up, the courier never showed up. This left me wondering whether the logistics team even made an attempt to pick it up or if there was a communication breakdown somewhere along the way.

Customer Support Frustrations: When I reached out to Shiprocket's customer support, the response was far from helpful. They essentially blamed me for the issues, rather than taking any responsibility or offering a solution. I asked for a refund to my wallet, and they assured me it would take about 2 days to process. Well, it’s now been two weeks, and I’ve still not received the refund. I’ve lost 500 INR, which is a significant amount for a small business owner like me.

Glad I Didn’t Invest More: Thankfully, I didn’t make a larger investment initially, as I was considering putting in 2000 INR. A friend advised me to start small, and I’m glad I listened to that advice.

Overall, my experience with Shiprocket has been extremely disappointing. The platform failed to deliver on both the shipping and customer service front. I would caution other sellers to think twice before using Shiprocket, especially if you're relying on it for timely deliveries and efficient support.
