Terrible Customer Service
I ordered a Rains hold all bag ahead of my wedding on 27th of June, I'm still yet to receive the item.
I emailed the hello email address advised on the website and received a generic "sorry we're busy, we'll get back to you soon" email from their customer service manager. In the meantime, I got an order update saying there has been an unexpected delay to my order, I should expect the delivery within the next 10 working days - I responded to the email several more times just looking for an update, something to say; don't worry you should receive your order asap.
The response I got said: here's the previous email, i.e. there has been a delay in dispatch.
I still really want my order, however, I responded to their customer service manager saying I shouldn't be paying for the delivery cost of this as it had now been around 12 working days since I placed my order - no response, no empathy, no understanding at all.
It's now 13 working days later, I'm no further forwards, no updates no refund for the delivery charge and no sign of the bag!
I will never use this company again and I would very much advise that no one else fall into this trap either - the customer service is amongst the worst I've seen in retail.
