Faulty product and now ignoring my emails

Ordered a photo keyring on 13th May which was a Father’s Day gift, therefore has only been opened and used since 14th June. Within 2 weeks it had broken and fallen apart. I emailed Keep it Personal with the details and photos to which they responded ‘the screw can come loose over time’ (2 weeks?!) I replied reminding them I had only had the product since May, and only used since 14th June. This correspondence was on 2nd July, despite chasing numerous times asking for a refund or replacement item, they have since gone silent and are ignoring my emails.
