Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Shiprocket.
I shipped a critical medical package on 4th July 2025. As of 17th July, it is stuck in Mohali with no delivery or real update.

I spoke with three support agents – Viral, Ubaid, and Akash – and all gave conflicting responses. One said it’s out for delivery, another claimed RTO was initiated without informing me.

This lack of accountability and miscommunication has put a patient’s health at risk and damaged my reputation as a healthcare provider. No refund, no compensation, no ownership.

Would not recommend Shiprocket for time-sensitive or critical deliveries.
