Bought a lot of stuff over time. This time ordered on July6th, as of July 16th 1) no shipment, 2) won't answer phone, and 3) no contact by email or text to say why they are delayed. Another post here on July 10 says they are having software issues and can't fulfill orders. SAY SO, POST THAT, PUT AN AUTO-ANSWER ON THE PHONE instead of playing a 5 minute commercial for your goods. COMMUNICATE!!
