This is a bit of an odd one: ordered some jerseys as a gift for my nephew who’s visiting from overseas. The original delivery date was going to miss when he would be with us so I contacted customer service - it was an odd experience - both time the reps did not actually explain whether or not they’d be able to expedite the shipping but mentioned they’d do everything they could.

Ultimately, the packages arrived wayyy before the estimated shipping date: there was a “rush” sticker on the package.
