72 hours later still no payment...

I thought everything was going fine, I paid special delivery to make sure it got there safe and they processed the phone quickly. However I was initially informed that the payment was processed on Friday and I would receive it within 24 hours. 72 hours later I still haven't received the payment, I keep being told there's an issue they're trying to solve and it has been reprocessed and I will get it shortly. I keep asking for a transaction reference number so my bank can look into it and they aren't given me one. So now I'm out a new phone and haven't been paid for it. I've used musicmagpie before and although they pay less, I do at least get the payment in time.
update, i finally got it after 72 hours and lots of chasing them
