Homebox mismanages bills!

Homebox has mismanaged my bills from the beginning until the end of my tenancy. Multiple collections letters from bills not being paid and mismanagement thereof - yet you pay a fee for the service. Then the challenge of trying to get someone to sort the issues out are nothing short of impossible! I would steer well clear of Homebox, manage your own bills!
