had a viewing booked, no-one turned up. when i queried; agent stated was gone. They had left 2 messages to cancel, on a phone that doesn't have a messaging system. When i raised a complaint to head office, management just doubled down on this lie. They simply cannot be trusted.
It also appears -in their lying response- that they record your call without consent or informing you.
No wonder estate agents are one of the least trusted professions out there, these are the pinnacle in that respect, respect that you as their customer wont get.
