Return flight wasn’t available to book…
Return flight wasn’t available to book via site although I could see flights if booked separately. Sales team quite unhelpful and trying to charge an additional £800 to get the return flight booked through them. Had to book 2 one ways in the end. Made a simple process very difficult.
Can’t get through to special assistance line - continuously engaged
