We've been using ParentShield for about 2 years now and it's been reliable and easy, and very reassuring being able to see/hear so much in the Parent Portal.
Today I had a slight problem setting up data and the support team responded quickly and clearly and even gave us a month's free data. Very impressive service! Thank you Paul.
